Returns Policy
At Clara & Maeve Boutique, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Returns Policy explains when and how a return can be requested and processed.
1. Return Eligibility
To ensure fairness and consistency, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Item condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached
- Trying on: Trying items indoors is permitted, but items must not show signs of extended wear
- Multiple-size orders: Ordering the same item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent to our designated returns facility, and we recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
- Receipt required: Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered
Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
- Underwear and bodysuits
- Swimwear without an intact hygiene seal
- Earrings and cosmetics
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Submit a request
Email support@claramaeveboutique.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A short reason for the return
Receive instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address of our designated returns facility.
Send your return
- Ship the item(s) back at your own expense to our returns facility in Asia
- Any customs duties, taxes, or return fees must be prepaid by the customer
- Use a tracked shipping method and keep proof of shipment
Inspection
Returns are inspected upon arrival, typically within 2–5 business days
Please note: We are unable to process refunds for items that are lost in transit or returned without tracking.
3. Refunds
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: Within 14 days after the return is received and approved
- Refund amount: Product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
- Bank processing: May take an additional 3–10 business days depending on your provider
If items are returned in a worn, damaged, or incomplete condition, we may be unable to issue a refund.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.
In these cases, return shipping costs may be covered by us.
6. Delivery & Address Responsibility
- Once tracking confirms delivery, we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order
- Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees
