All prices are displayed and processed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please note:

  • Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if applicable
  • Any additional transaction fees are determined by your payment provider

2. Payment Security

Protecting your personal and financial information is a top priority.

All transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted connections and handled by trusted payment providers such as Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

These providers comply with PCI-DSS security standards, ensuring that your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

You will always see a secure connection indicator (🔒) in your browser during checkout.


3. Order & Payment Processing

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully authorized
  • Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email
  • If a payment is declined or cancelled, the order will not be completed

In some cases, your bank or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold.
This is standard practice and will usually be released automatically.


4. Refunds

If a refund is approved in accordance with our Returns Policy:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing takes place within 14 days after the returned item is received and approved
  • Only the product cost is refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise)

Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


5. Payment Issues & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or appears unauthorized, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the transaction and, if needed, work with our payment providers to resolve the issue promptly.
